However, if you are unhappy, we will deal with your concerns fairly and provide a resolution within 3 working days. If we need more time, we will always let you know.

You need to have assurance that the tests you buy give you the answers you need. Therefore, we only provide you with tests that are regulatory approved and manufactured under internationally recognised quality management systems (QMS).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there may be shipping restrictions on some products. You will be charged one shipping fee regardless of how many items you order. We will always confirm receipt of your order and let you know when it leaves our facility. If you change your mind, or there is an issue with the product you can send it back to us under our shipping and returns policy. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is because of our error otherwise you must pay for the goods to be returned to us. You should expect to receive a refund within 5 working days of your returned order being received by us, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
